2025–2026 Winter Robotic Bootcamp (5 Days) for 7-18 years old
Hey there, future tech whizzes! Join our 5-Day Winter Robotic Bootcamp from Dec 28–31, 2025 and Jan 2, 2026 in Milpitas! Students ages 10–18 will learn to program and operate robots, complete hands-on challenges, and compete in daily robot competitions. No coding experience required. Camp runs 9:30 AM–4:30 PM at 1595 McCarthy Blvd. A fun and inspiring way to build robotics and STEM skills!
Every camp participant will receive multiple Robots for the bootcamp and to take home.
This is a collection of day camps around Robot PU curriculum with a clear pedagogical flow:
Morning sessions → structured learning: students explore concepts, functions, and technical skills.
Afternoon sessions → playful application: students use what they learned in competitive or creative challenges.
This rhythm ensures balance between knowledge acquisition and experiential practice, reinforcing STEM learning through gamified activities.
Curriculum Design Concept
Morning Learning Blocks: Focused exploration of Robot PU’s mechanics, sensors, communication, and expressive features. Students gain hands-on familiarity with tools and protocols.
Afternoon Application Games: Transform learning into fun competitions—sports, dance, navigation, and hacking challenges. These activities foster teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving.
Progressive Difficulty: Each day builds on the previous, moving from basic introductions to advanced programming and communication.
Gamified Engagement: Afternoon competitions act as “quests,” motivating students to apply skills in playful, story-driven contexts.
This design ensures that by the end of the camp, students will have:
Explored robotics fundamentals (movement, balance, sensors, communication).
Experienced creative expression (dance, talent show).
Practiced competitive problem-solving (soccer, maze, hacker game).
Built confidence in hands-on STEM learning through Robot PU.
