System Work Level 2
Overview
This is a 4-day course that focuses on understanding and learning how to intervene in the complex group and system dynamics that each of us experiences daily – at the workplace, at home, or in broader society.
This course is recommended for leaders, professionals, and practitioners who need to understand how complexity and tension unfold in a system and how to resolve them.
The course experientially takes participants through a deep understanding of each level of human system and how it interplays with one another. We’ll explore the theory, models, and tools to work with human dynamics; how we can better diagnose what really is happening in our systems, and how leaders or even individuals can more effectively intervene.
System Work Level 1 is a recommended prerequisite for this Level 2 course, but not mandatory.
