Coming Back to Your Body Through Burnout
Burnout prevention and recovery invites us to pay attention to how stress shows up in the body, in our shoulders, jaw, breath, and the signals we often ignore when we keep pushing through.
In this guided session with Ebru Dargan, a somatic and breathwork facilitator, we’ll slow down through breath, gentle movement, and quiet reflection, noticing what your body is telling you, together with others who understand what burnout feels like from the inside.
🌿 What to expect:
A grounding check-in to arrive in the body and notice where you’re at
Breathwork to help the nervous system shift out of “go” mode
Slow, somatic movement to notice and release held tension
Quiet reflection, with space to share if you want to
Simple breath and nervous-system practices you can use in everyday life
An optional open space after the session to stay, connect, and share with others
✨ What to bring:
A mat or something soft to sit or lie on
Comfortable clothing you can move in
A journal, if you like to write
