We’ll start with a 60-minute, all-levels yoga flow led by a DRYP instructor, followed by a soft, guided wind-down to ease you into a grounded, relaxed state.
After class, stay for a curated social experience featuring cold-pressed juices, a build-your-own parfait bar, and intentional time to connect with other like-minded women.
You’ll also hear from Licensed Naturopath, Dr. Sanika Kshirsagar, who will be sharing approachable, empowering insights on women’s health and overall well-being.
Whether you’re coming solo or with a friend, this is your space to slow down, connect, and pour back into yourself.
