Yoga In The Park & Picnic

​Come join me at South Park Gardens for an hour of Vinyasa Yoga flow in the park followed by a potluck picnic (the park also has a lovely cafe for those who wish to grab a post practice coffee/drink) to get to know and chat with the students you often see in class as well as meeting new yogis within a friendly environment!

​We will meet at 10:50am by the cafe at South Park Gardens and together we will make our way to the South part of the park. 
Make sure you bring your own mat (or even a beach towel would do if you don't have a mat) with you for the event as those will not be provided :)

​Tickets are donation based and Reservation is mandatory as places are limited!
