What happens when a Serie A club at the frontier of AI opens its data, invites the best technical minds in the world, and asks them to build?

Como 1907, in partnership with Google DeepMind, is hosting a two-day hackathon on 24-25 July in Como, immediately prior to the Como Cup, bringing together data scientists, ML engineers, and sports technology professionals to tackle real football problems using frontier AI tooling and technology.

Participants will work with a curated Como 1907 dataset to build tools judged on two criteria: technical innovation and practical utility for a professional club. Places are limited and subject to approval.

This is a hands on, application only event for builders working at the intersection of AI, data science and football.

Who should apply? Data scientists, machine learning engineers, developers, sports technology professionals and technical founders with a serious interest in building AI tools for football.
