The Inspiration Sessions (NewGen takeover) · Tuesday 10th November · White Rabbit Studios
About this event
Our final Inspiration Session of 2026, SHOW ME THE MAP, will take place on Tuesday 10 November at White Rabbit Studios in Shoreditch.
This event is being curated and hosted entirely by the young people on our NewGen programme. We’ve asked them who they want to hear from, what they want to know and which conversations they think the industry should be having, and we’re bringing those ideas to the Elevate community.
SHOW ME THE MAP is about giving the next generation coming into our industry the opportunity to hear from the people already navigating it. NewGen will be taking over the mic, inviting the people they want in the room and asking the questions they want answered.
We’ll also be celebrating our summer NewGen cohort as they graduate from the programme.
Expect a fresh perspective on the events industry. It’s going to be honest, curious and probably a little unpredictable.
We’ll be sharing more details closer to the event.
What is Elevate NewGen?
For those of you who don’t know, Elevate NewGen is our industry access and development programme for 18–25-year-olds, created to help underrepresented and marginalised young people build the skills, connections and experience they need to start a career in the events industry.
“As we navigate turbulent times, with societal gaps ever widening, never have we needed schemes such as Elevate NewGen more. The world is a lot easier to navigate if someone shows you the map.” Jonathan Emmins, Founder and Global CEO of Amplify
Please make every effort to join us
Please only book a ticket if you’re planning to attend. These events are a significant investment for Elevate in both time and money so we’d really appreciate it if you could make every effort to join us.
Our venue partner White Rabbit Studios
We’re delighted to have White Rabbit Studios as our venue partner for 2026. Based in Shoreditch, it’s been an ideal home for our Inspiration Sessions, giving us a flexible, creative space that works brilliantly for the kind of conversations and community we want to create. With three interconnected studios and plenty of room to adapt the space in different ways, it gives us everything we need to bring the Elevate community together in one place.
