This week, we're thrilled to partner with Plena Studios for a midday Pilates session! Plena is a newly opened movement lab in the neighborhood, built on the philosophy of inclusive and mindful movement (Pilates, Barre, and Yoga).
This 40-minute class is designed to be the perfect reset, focusing on core strength, flexibility, and posture—essential for counteracting those hours spent at your desk. It’s a fantastic way to improve mental focus and relieve back tension, ensuring you return to your work feeling strong and clear-headed.
What to Bring
Wear comfortable clothing (yoga pants, leggings, etc.).
A water bottle.
