Local Hub Cluj: Designing L&D Programs with Positive Psychology
When was the last time a learning experience genuinely made you feel more energized, connected, or hopeful?
Not just informed, but emotionally engaged, reflective, and reminded of what is already working well in yourself and in the people around you?
In this workshop, we invite you into the world of Positive Psychology as a practical and science-backed tool for Learning & Development. Over the past decades, Positive Psychology interventions have consistently shown strong results in increasing resilience, engagement, wellbeing, collaboration, and motivation, especially when learning becomes experiential, meaningful, and human-centered.
This will be a highly practical workshop, where you’ll experience the interventions yourself first-hand, as a participant, as part of a team, and also through the lens of an L&D professional reflecting on what could be useful in your own practice.
We will also cover the psychological foundations behind the exercises, so you leave not only inspired, but also equipped to use these interventions intentionally and in the right context.
Our host:
Mădă Năstasă brings together experience in HR management, L&D and Positive Psychology Interventions to design learning experiences that help people & teams reconnect with their strengths, resilience, and potential. Her work combines evidence-based interventions with warmth, reflection, and meaningful interaction, creating spaces where learning feels both energizing and deeply human. Passionate about human development and optimistic about people’s capacity to grow, she designs workshops that strengthen self-awareness, connection, and wellbeing in ways that are authentic, practical, and immediately relevant in everyday work life.
