Anna Mirimanova is an entrepreneur, event producer, event host, behavior therapist, and energy practitioner based in Los Angeles, California.
For more than a decade, Anna has studied with leading meditation teachers, breathwork facilitators, trauma specialists, and energy practitioners in both the United States and Russia. Rooted in Vipassana meditation, Kundalini Yoga, and energy work, she integrates spiritual practices with her background in Applied Behavior Analysis, Spiritual Psychology, and a variety of holistic healing modalities.
As the founder of Nova Sacred Retreats, Anna creates transformational retreats and immersive wellness experiences across the United States. Her signature workshops combine channeled guided meditations, energy work, breathwork, and sound healing to help participants reconnect with themselves, release emotional blockages, and cultivate greater inner peace and clarity.
In addition to leading retreats, Anna offers private in-person and virtual sessions focused on trauma healing, subconscious pattern release, emotional regulation, nervous system restoration, and personal transformation.
