About Event

The rise of remote work has increased feelings of isolation among employees, making it more challenging to foster a sense of belonging.😩

More than ever, employees are seeking connection, solidarity and purpose at work.

Deloitte's 2020 Global Human Capital Trends survey highlighted that 93% agreed that a sense of belonging drives organizational performance. They also found that fostering a culture of inclusivity and belonging can mitigate burnout and improve overall employee wellbeing.

Employees who feel they belong are more likely to experience increased job performance, higher engagement, and reduced turnover. 🌱

HR and L&D teams have different avenues to foster belonging and wellbeing in the workplace, like leadership development, company-wide DEI initiatives, a focus on collaboration, communication, and breaking down silos, as well as community-building projects.

In this 1.5h facilitation playground, we’ll collectively shift our focus on the art of designing rituals for belonging and wellbeing in the workplace.

More specifically, you will:

🔅 explore key components of belonging

🔅 get a broad understanding of what rituals are, and how to effectively design them

🔅leave with a simple framework to help you design your own workplace rituals.

See you there,
Susanne & Angela

Anyone can host a Playground to try out a new method, tool or concept and get feedback from the community. These sessions are not about experts. Nor perfection. They are about being courageous to try out something new, and experiment.
