Intro to Intuitive Herbal Infusions
In this workshop, Nikki of Artistry & Alchemy, will guide us through the healing benefits of a handful of some of the powerful herbs she works with.
She will give in depth descriptions on each herb, their uses, and benefits. She will then share a few ways to intuitively connect to these plant allies, while leading the group through a brief sound healing and drumming, in order to create a safe space for the medicine blending.
Everyone will then have the opportunity to choose a tincture, or oil infusion method, and begin to create their very own herbal blend, they will take home with them.
Class includes herbal description leaflet, journal, and oil or tincture infusion jar, along with herbal blend
Instructor Bio: Nikki Bridges is the Owner of Artistry & Alchemy, a Holistic Apothecary & Artist Collective in Running Springs, CA.
She also founded Urban Mysticism almost 11 years ago, which includes a vast wholistic product line. Her vision continues to be one of sharing her 20+ years of herbal, spiritual and holistic knowledge.
Nikki is from Kentucky originally, and comes from a long line of healers. It was through learning more about her roots, a mix of Irish, Native, Melungeon, and Appalachian, that she began her herbal medicine journey.
Herbal and crystal infusions, Reiki, and Sound Healing, are just a few of the modalities Nikki incorporates into her alchemy and the products she creates.
Being a part of this mountain community has brought her back to her roots, and herself.
