We’re bringing this special edition to life together with one shared goal: turning strangers into friends.
WeRoad is a travel community on a mission to fight loneliness through travel: strangers go on a trip together and come home as friends. The Offline Club makes real-life connections easier closer to home: a phone-free room, no notifications and open tables to talk to the person next to you. Put the two together and you get a mini holiday in your own city.

Drop your phone off at our phone hotel and get a sticker with your dream destination. Keep an eye out for our postcard map station: pin your best travel tips on the map and take a postcard home at the end.
👉🏼 Connect with yourself
This is your time to sit back, slow down and dream up your next adventure. Create a travel vision board and/or journal with the help of our prompts, then end the me-time hour with a short reflection on what travel means to you. If you prefer something else, we've got you covered with travel-sized puzzles.
👉🏼 Connect with others
Chat & connect with others, but only if you feel like it. There will be travel conversation starters and an (optional) connection game. We'll then end with a high-energy find-the-flags 🚩 activity, led by our WeRoad host. The winner gets a little surprise and enters a draw with the winners from our other WeRoad hangouts for a free trip.
Starting at 15:00, die Wohngemeinschaft will open it's doors to the public. We will continue to have half the space reserved to ourselves - but expect some lively buzz around us.
🧡 About WeRoad
WeRoad is a travel community for people in their 20s to 40s who want to see the world without doing it alone. They run small-group adventures of 5 to 15 people, each led by a WeRoad Coordinator who's more of a travel buddy than a tour guide. Their mission is to fight loneliness through travel. Most people sign up for the trip, stay for the friends, and are back for their next adventure soon after.
At our event, you'll get to meet the WeRoad community in person. They're also bringing games, with prizes ranging from small giveaways to a €1,000 gift card for any WeRoad adventure, including Italy, Bali, Costa Rica, the USA, and more.
We can't wait to swap screen time for real time with you.

About your phone: Your phone will rest in our phone hotel, and we’ll be its body guards. But just so you know, if it magically disappears, learns to fly, or mysteriously breaks… The Offline Club can’t be held responsible.
In case of trust issues - you can also choose to turn it off and keep it hidden away, out of sight!
Refunds are not possible...
But! If you cancel at least 48 hours before the event, you can request a voucher to use toward a future event.
