After our journey to Paris, we’re bringing a little of the city back to New York — not as a French dinner, but as a conversation between two places that have always borrowed, inspired, challenged, and reinvented one another.

Through a series of dishes inspired by what we ate, discovered, and loved in Paris, we’ll explore the delicious connections between France and New York — from classic French techniques and ingredients to the distinctly New York ways they have been transformed.

The table will also become a small art salon, with stories and works that trace the cultural dialogue between the two cities: artists who crossed the Atlantic, movements that travelled from Paris to New York and back, and the shared obsession with food, art, fashion, and reinvention.

Expect 6 courses, wine, art stories, and a few surprises — somewhere between a Parisian dinner party and a New York night out.
