MAY DAY 2025 — PARTY FOR THE ONES WHO WORK

There’s no hiding it anymore: billionaires run the US government. The plutocrats are gutting wages, killing unions, and bleeding working people dry to make themselves richer. This is all-out class war like we’ve never seen, and to win it, we gotta strike, boycott, march, rally, organize– and PARTY!

The folks holding DC together — bartenders, organizers, night shift workers, government workers — are under attack. These are hard times, and fighting back is hard work. Which means there’s ALL THE MORE REASON to party hard, make new friends, and celebrate our wins.

On International Workers’ Day, directly following the historic May Day rally from 5:00 - 8:00pm in Freedom Plaza, join us at our downtown location where we’re gonna keep the energy going and raise our glasses to everyone who puts in the work to keep this city, and country, alive.

This is a night to celebrate people who work for a damn living, whether you're building the resistance or just trying to get through the week.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
- Open bar
- Good music and a dance floor
- Pool and foosball
- Rooftop views of DC
- Mic shoutouts for orgs who threw down on May Day and April 30— and everyone growing the power of working people and unions

QUESTIONS: resistbuildwin@gmail.com

All proceeds will go to the Movement Infrastructure Project - A DC-based org working to get organizers & activists the tools & resources they need to take bold action, build strong orgs & create change.

Pull up. Bring your friends. Meet some strangers. Celebrate the folks who make this city work.
