On Sunday, you are invited to slow down, soften, and return to yourself in the beautiful, sacred surroundings of The Mandrake.
Sink into deep rest as layers of sound gently quiet the nervous system and dissolve the noise of the day. Guided by Jessii Rose, ancient instruments including gongs, crystal bowls, shamanic drums, and chimes are woven intuitively throughout the experience, inviting profound relaxation and stillness.
Each session is intuitively woven from a carefully selected range of instruments, as Jessii listens closely to the energy of the room, allowing the soundscape to unfold naturally and responsively in each moment.
The beauty of a 1:1 or 1:2 session is that the journey is created personalised to you. There is nowhere else to be and nothing else to consider, just a beautiful opportunity for self-love, nourishment and nurture.
ABOUT JESSII
Jessii is a certified sound therapist, shamanic sound healer + reiki healer. The facilitator’s sacred sessions specialise in the use of the traditional gong, crystal and tibetan singing bowls, live binaural soundscapes, channelled alchemic vocals, harmonic toning, shamanic drums, african percussion and sonic reiki. Her unique combination of ancient instruments + and contemporary scientific knowledge of alpha, beta, delta and theta frequencies give receivers the ultimate experience to access the deepest levels of their subconscious for restorative healing through sound. As a reiki healer with over 8 years of dedicated practice, having studied in across Asia, Africa & India alongside her work with sound therapy. The heart of her practice is an intuitive and nurturing form of energy work. With a deeply compassionate presence, creating a safe space of deep healing.

All ticket sales are non-refundable, however you are welcome to transfer your booking to another guest with at least 24 hours' notice by emailing communications@themandrake.com.
The Mandrake reserves the right to cancel an event without guaranteed notice. In the rare case of a cancellation, a full refund will be issued. Please note our events are not suitable for those with mobility limitations or who are pregnant.
