Oversubscribed is a monthly, invitation-only evening for the country’s top LPs and GPs, hosted by OneSixOne Ventures.
The goal is simple: help exceptional managers oversubscribe their funds, and help the best allocators discover them first. Every seat is personally vetted, with a roughly 50/50 LP–GP split built for meaningful conversations and introductions.
Our inaugural San Francisco evening featured Michael Kim, founder of Cendana Capital, which manages $2.7B and has backed 70+ fund managers. Attendees included investors from LGT Capital Partners, T. Rowe Price, Madrona, SignalFire, and Uncork Capital.
For this event we have the legendary LP Michael Downing from MDSV as our keynote speaker.
The Evening
The LP: An intimate fireside chat with a leading allocator on what earns conviction, a first check, and continued backing.
The Room: Cocktails, great food, and curated introductions. No pitches, just space to build real relationships.
Who Should Attend
LPs actively allocating to venture and GPs raising or building toward their next fund. Each GP must bring an LP to help maintain the balance in the room.
