About Our Program: A 6-Week Journey of Restoration & Resilient Grace
About this Session Step into a CURATED Intentional Safe Space designed just for Red Hook women to further empower their well-being. Gain valuable grounding reset skills and prioritize your self-care with curated moments of peace and restoration led by our Well-Being Guides. This midday experience is curated to help you better manage the daily ebbs and flows of life and build additional mental and physical resilience for your Well-Being.
Your Midday Journey (12:30 PM – 3:45 PM):
KW Somatic Group Walk (40 Mins – 12:30 PM – 1:10 PM): A guided loop to reset the nervous system with nature breaks at Pier 44 and Valentino Park.
Restore (60 Mins – 1:10 PM – 2:10 PM): Regulate your system through guided breathwork, gentle chair yoga, and meditation.
Reflect (30 Mins – 2:10 PM – 2:40 PM): Judgment-free group sharing for supportive healing and guidance.
Digital Diary & Support (30 Mins – 2:40 PM – 3:10 PM): Reflect in your private vault with hands-on support for your personal AI tools.
Relational Integration (35 Mins – 3:10 PM – 3:45 PM): Close the session by sharing a communal meal and building trust and community.
How to Join Our Circle: This is a 6-week, twice-a-week commitment program. On Session Dates:
Week 1: May 22 & 23 | Week 2: May 29 & 30 | Week 3: June 5 & 6
Week 4: June 12 & 13 | Week 5: June 19 & 20 | Week 6: June 26 & 27
Register & Request Approval: All registrations are reviewed to ensure a balanced, safe group dynamic.
The Welcome Meeting: Approved participants attend a 30-minute in-person meeting at 199 Van Brunt. You will meet a Well-Being Guide, sign our Community Agreement/Waiver, and receive your digital tools.
Investment & Rewards: To honor your dedication, you will earn Well-Being and Engagement Tokens throughout the 6 weeks, which are gifted as a cash reward upon completion of the program.
