ONniversary 2026: Celebrate with us!
โON is six. ๐
โSix years of ops people showing up for each other: sharing advice, swapping stories, figuring things out together, or sometimes, just sitting in the group chat going "๐".
โWe wouldn't exist without the people who keep showing up. So we're throwing a party to say thank you.
โJoin us to celebrate the power of connection. Without our community members, there would be no ON. We're so grateful for each and every member of our community who has taken time to keep their ops peers sane over the past years - and hopefully many more to come! ๐
โThis is your space to...
โConnect with fellow ops people across roles, industries, and backgrounds in a joyous, welcoming space ๐
โShare your ops journey and reflect together on the lessons, and the wins ๐ฌ
โCelebrate our community together ๐
โWhat to expect ๐
โA lovely, informal evening to celebrate with ops friends:

โSome light bites: summer snacks and cupcakes ๐ฐ
โCasual icebreakers to help you connect ๐ง
