After experiencing a severe burnout in 2024, I joined coaching programs and learned all about resetting from "misalignment burnout", the particular exhaustion of doing the wrong work, for too long, by someone you've outgrown.
And in the age of AI, it's getting louder for a lot of us.
This isn't a seminar. It's a guided conversation and reflection session around one table, with up to 8 career women who get it; facilitated honestly, with a nourishing brunch, and a reflection workbook you can take home.
