Exclusive Leadership Dinner with Acalvio
This Cybersecurity Leadership Event will be held off the strip, and we'll take a shuttle together from Caesars at 7 pm on 8/6. We'll roll together to a quiet place, a world away from the chaos of the casinos, and into the Las Vegas Arts District, where we'll have dinner with the team at Acalvio. This dinner is the result of many years of culinary research, and if you've never been to Esther's, you'll be in for a treat. Yes, of course, there will be wagyu beef and many delicacies from their wood-fired oven, but also some of the best seasonal Italian food I've had outside of Tuscany. Memories of their Squash Blossom with ricotta and pine nuts dipped in a light tempura batter linger from last year...This small group of Cybersecurity Leadership will finish off Blackhat with a glimpse of Las Vegas you may never have thought possible - yes, an oasis of chill and a chance to truly unwind after the week of Blackhat, and at the cusp of Defcon. Afterward, some of us may adjourn to the cult cocktail bar The Velveteen Rabbit across the street...
About Acalvio: Acalvio's 360 Deception changes what attackers can see, trust, and act on, creating a high-uncertainty environment where fake looks real, real looks deceptive, and suspicious can't be ignored. Attackers and even autonomous AI systems lose the ability to trust anything they find inside your network. Acalvio recently won a U.S. Navy cyber exercise designed to stress test technologies like this against real-world attacks.
