Women of Influence Gala 2026
Chamber for Romanian American Trade & Industry is proud to present the first edition of the Women of Influence Gala—an evening dedicated to honoring leadership, impact, and excellence among women shaping business, culture, and community.
Hosted under CRATI Cares, the Chamber’s doing-good initiative, this inaugural gala will take place on March 21, 2026, at the historic Stan Mansion in Chicago, Illinois.
The Women of Influence Gala is designed as an elegant gathering that brings together founders, executives, creatives, civic leaders, and advocates who are driving meaningful change—locally and beyond. This first edition marks the beginning of an annual tradition focused on recognition, connection, and collective impact.
Guests can expect a refined evening experience in one of Chicago’s most iconic venues, featuring curated networking, formal recognition moments, and a shared commitment to uplifting women-led leadership and initiatives.
What is our mission?
For this event, we have partnered with the Blue Heron Foundation, where all proceeds beyond the cost of hosting will be donated to support their mission to provide higher education benefits for underserved children in Eastern Europe and beyond.

What do tickets include?
For starters, we have Hors d'oeuvres, bite-sized, savory finger foods served by attendants throughout the night, among other light dinner options provided.
For drinks, the Stan Mansion bar service is providing us with The Classic Collection, which includes the following for all attendees:
Standard Spirits such as Vodka, Gin, Rum, Tequila, and Whiskey. It also includes 1 Domestic + 2 Imported Beers, House Red, White, & Sparkling Wines, Soda, Juices & Spa Water Station.
