Diwali Sundowner Potluck
UPDATE: date changed to Nov 7, Saturday
The Diwali Sundowner, with a twist! ✨
An Indo-Mexican potluck celebrating Diwali, right here in Brooklyn!
Whether you’re feeling homesick for Diwali back home, curious to experience it for the first time, or just here for good food and great company, come hang!
Almost a decade into our relationship, Rio and I still stand by our belief that Indian and Mexican food belong together. So, we’re making it happen! 🇮🇳🌮
The plan: Bring one dish to share, Indian or Mexican inspired. No MasterChef pressure, I promise! Your favorite restaurant or Trader Joe’s are fair game. We’ll bring the apps, curated cocktails, and games. You bring the good vibes!
Think festive, cozy, a little elevated, and a little taste of Diwali back home, with a New York twist.
A few things:
RSVP only if you can make it, as spots are limited!
Once you RSVP, drop the dish you’re bringing in the comments.
Bonus points if your dish has a story behind it, whether it’s something your mom makes, a favorite takeout order, or just something you love.
