8/19/26 - Good news! Because of the awesome response to our African Safari VR Adventure, Stephen has opened up a second Spunky Seniors showing at 1:00 PM this Sunday! Choose the time that works best for you.
If you are already confirmed for 11:00 AM and would rather come at 1:00 PM, simply change your status on this event to Not Going, and then RSVP for the 1:00 PM 2nd Showing event.

Join Spunky Seniors at the Teleportation Lounge, where Stephen Jones, Ph.D., founder of Visiting VR (VisitingVR.com), will guide us on an immersive African Safari unlike anything you've ever experienced. Using state-of-the-art virtual reality (VR) technology, you'll feel as though you've stepped into another world—surrounded by magnificent wildlife, breathtaking landscapes, and unforgettable moments.
This isn't just watching a movie—it's feeling like you're actually there.
Whether you've traveled the world or simply have places you've always wanted to visit, this is a fun, comfortable way to experience another country together—without airports, jet lag, or long flights.
We know many of our members love to travel. This is a wonderful chance to meet fellow world travelers, swap stories over lunch, inspire each other's next adventures, and perhaps even find a travel buddy.
After our safari, we'll head over to Islands Restaurant, where we'll share what we saw, compare experiences, and talk about where we might "travel" next.
