No Worries Amigo Hiking Club

We understand that plans change! Because many of our events require advance planning, permits, reservations, lodging, food, transportation, and other non-refundable expenses, our refund policy varies by event type.

All donations and payments for sliding-scale events are final and non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, we appreciate you letting us know as soon as possible so we can potentially offer your spot to someone else.

Campouts, Retreats & Overnight Experiences

Because we make significant financial commitments well in advance, refunds are based on when you cancel:

 Refund available, minus any non-refundable costs or processing fees already incurred.

 Partial refund may be available based on expenses already committed or paid on your behalf.

 Generally non-refundable due to lodging, food, permits, vendors, transportation, and other advance commitments.

When possible, we’ll do our best to work with you, including transferring your registration to another participant when the specific event allows it.

If we cancel an event, we will communicate available refund, credit, or rescheduling options directly with registered participants.

Thank you for understanding that these policies allow us to keep our community experiences affordable while responsibly covering the costs that go into making them happen.

All right y’all you’re gonna have to trust me on this one I just found one of the best sunset hike locations with Adrian over the weekend and we are excited to be hosting a beautiful sunset hike Wednesday evening, October 22 with all the goodies and surprises and snacks per usual!

Join us for a limited space hike! We’d love to have you join us at a $10 requested donation please pay or donate what you can, unlimited snacks and great vibes are included as always!

Please prepare to pay $3 @ the pay station to Evergreen Valley College Parking. 

4.5 miles, we made up our own trail! You’ll enjoy dirt paths, a little bit of incline for a good workout, epic views, and will be hiking through some urban streets as well for this awesome Wednesday evening gatherinG!
