AI transformation in Ops: how are we actually making it happen?
This is a collaborative, discussion-based roundtable.
There are no presentations, no slides, and no speakers. Everyone attending is expected to participate in the conversation, share their experiences, ask questions, and learn from one another. It's a group of ops leaders comparing notes - not attending a webinar.
AI is changing how operations teams work, but many of us are still figuring out what that actually looks like in practice.
Some teams are partnering closely with engineering and data. Others are experimenting with AI tools, automation, and entirely new ways of working. Some are considering whether operations teams need dedicated technical capabilities of their own.
This discussion was proposed and will be facilitated by Operations Nation member Ruben Dunsbergen, VP Client Operations at Ravelin Technology, who was curious how others in the community are approaching these challenges.
Together, we'll explore:
How are you approaching AI transformation in your organisation?
How are you working with engineering, data, and product teams?
What tools, workflows, and experiments have been worth the effort?
How is AI changing your role?
Are operations teams building technical capabilities internally, or relying on existing teams?
You should join if you're:
✅ Willing to actively participate in a peer-to-peer discussion
✅ Navigating AI adoption, automation, or transformation within your organisation
✅ Curious how other operations leaders are approaching similar challenges
However, you're unlikely to benefit if you're:
❌ Looking for a presentation, workshop, or expert-led session
❌ Prefer to listen rather than contribute to the discussion
