Becca Sweetman

Becca is an Executive Coach, Team Coach and Advisor who supports Founders and Executive Teams to successfully scale. Clients include Accurx, Automata, Remitly and Solidatus. Her passion is to support leaders in transforming from a nimble startup to an agile, scalable company.
Combining over 500 hours of executive coaching, strategy at McKinsey and operational leadership at startups she’s uniquely positioned to provide high-level support while getting into the practical details of what it takes to succeed. This can include strategic planning, OKRs, organizational design, identifying your personal leadership style or raising the overall leadership team’s performance. As a qualified Resilience Coach she’s dedicated to supporting individuals, teams and organizations to raise their resilience levels in order to maintain a high level of performance, and ultimately, to avoid burnout.
Becca is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Certified Practitioner in Team Coaching, Resilience Coach, DiSC Certified Trainer and has a BA in Economics and Management from Oxford University.
Outside of work, Becca loves to get outside and explore nature. She's a keen horse rider and represents Great Britain in horseback archery competitions around the world.
