Bianca has extensive multi-country experience: she's been responsible for the HR of more than 40 countries over the course of her career - on top of living and working in 5 different countries herself.
Bianca's career started in Employee Relations, representing large multinationals in labour tribunals in Australia and negotiating collective agreements with manufacturing unions.
Soon after, she moved to Asia, where her experience diversified into working on large-scale HR shared services and managing one of the largest corporate company mobility programs in the world.
Her career went through a major change when she decided to become the Founder of Cannii, an HR Tech company.
In 2020, she moved back into HR to support hyper-growth startups, helping companies expand their global footprint.
Bianca is a self-described "HR Tech nerd" who loves challenging the status quo on all things HR.
Together with OysterHR 🙌
OysterHR's global employment platform enables businesses to hire compliantly, pay, and provide employee benefits in countries where the companies don’t have legal entities.
This way, companies can look for talent anywhere in the world and let Oyster handle compliance, payroll, and employee benefits.
Oyster also helps companies with global payroll in countries where they already have legal entities.
Please note: As our Partner for the session, OysterHR will reach out to attendees to share resources, insights, and opportunities to find out more about their platform. ✨
