​​Michael Skelly

​​Michael (affectionately known as Skelly) studied Computer Science at Oxford and Machine Learning at Imperial College London.

​​He started his startup career as the Head of Operations - and later COO - of ClicTime Holdings. After that, he pivoted to become the CTO at various startups like Ownly, Ormary, Mopp.com, and Network Locum.

​​In 2017, he founded Stacker to change how software is made. Stacker makes it easy to build custom CRMs, internal tools, customer portals and other business applications for your team. In minutes, not months.

​​Filip Szczecinski

​​CEO & Co-Founder @ Sunbay

​​Over seven years ago, Filip chose to leave the finance sector and immerse himself in startup operations. Beginning as an analyst, he quickly discovered a passion for operations that propelled him into roles such as BizOps Manager and Head of Operations.

​​Throughout his career, he has collaborated with multiple Pre-Seed and Seed-stage startups across diverse industries, including SaaS, renewable energy, and hardware.

​​Last year, he co-founded Sunbay to help small businesses streamline their processes without the headache.

​​His strengths include automations, business operations, revenue operations, and crafting memes. Filip challenges the stereotype that operations professionals need to be perfectly organized to excel. He enjoys finding creative solutions to complex problems.
