​Join us for the next LUMEN session at Carmo Rooftop in Lisbon, on Saturday 27 June.

​We’ll begin at 10:00 with a 45-minute feel-good experience above the city, guided by Octavia.

​LUMEN is a guided movement experience that brings people together through music, breath, and connection - all through wireless headphones. A lighter, more playful way to release, reconnect, reset, and feel part of something.

​Think of it as a moment to pause, move, and start your weekend differently, together.

​No dance or fitness experience needed. Just come as you are.

​What to wear:
Comfortable athleisure you can move, stretch, and dance in.

What to bring:
Your own yoga mat + water bottle. Please note it will be very sunny so feel free to bring a hat and sunscreen
