​Lawyers from global law firm Goodwin will be available to answer business-related legal questions covering the following topics:

• ​Entity Formation: whether to form a limited liability entity such as a corporation or LLC.

• ​Corporate Governance: for businesses already organized as a corporation or LLC, guidance about ongoing compliance with corporate formalities.

• ​Contracts: questions about contracts with customers, suppliers, and other vendors.

​Services will be available in English, and Mandarin.
