About Plates of Reason
Plates of Reason is a supper and conversation club for underrepresented stories across tech, media, creative work and wellbeing.
It is for people whose backgrounds shape how they move through life and work, including those from working-class, immigrant and ethnic minority communities.
The gathering centres honest conversation over good food. It brings together people at different stages of their journeys. Some are building companies. Some are working inside organisations. Some are changing direction, returning to study, raising families, or figuring out what comes next. What connects the room is a shared understanding of navigating opportunity, ambition and barriers from backgrounds that are not always reflected in professional spaces.
This is not a networking event. Speak freely, listen generously and build connection. Also laugh out LOUD. Expect thoughtful discussion, new perspectives and a table where lived experience is welcomed rather than edited out.
Each dinner is intentionally small to keep the conversation real and personal.

It will be held in London, short commute from Euston Station.
When you have registered, the host will personally email and connect with you to find out a bit about you for curating the table. Please reply promptly and be open!
