This first convening will:
Build a shared understanding of the important role assistive technology plays in supporting independence and safety and resources available to enable it.
Highlight real-world examples of assistive and smart-home technologies in use at Arc Human Services’ and other organizations
Use facilitated breakout sessions to surface and prioritize the top barriers and opportunities our regional community is best positioned to address
Identify 2–3 priority issues that can drive ongoing collaboration and shape a second, deeper-dive in‑person convening later in 2026
