Vanessa is hosting evening drinks with conversation prompts, career story sharing, and skills swap with your friendly local generalists at The Castle Pub Mitte. It's all about creating a fun space for authentic connections.
What is a generalist? Professionals who apply their skills across multiple domains, connect disparate ideas, or serve as "translators" between different teams and disciplines. If you've ever felt your career doesn't fit in a single box, this celebration is for you.

Your host Vanessa is a Learning Experience Designer and self-taught artist with a passion for community building, behaviour change, and introducing creativity and play in designing experiences for people and organisations ✨. Her favorite part about being a generalist? "The best part about being a generalist is that I can use my bag of skills to navigate through complex situations with openness and curiosity."
