Open Rooftop Circuit
Hey! Come train with us on the S-OASIS rooftop this Saturday morning.
We run. We sweat. We cool down above the city.
Same energy, new setting. Instead of meeting at the park, we are going up to the rooftop for a morning circuit above the city.
The program is designed across different levels, so it fits beginners, regular runners, and anyone who wants to push harder.
The format is HYROX-style training: high-intensity bodyweight work with running built into the session. No machines, no heavy equipment, no need to be fast.
After we are done, we cool down, stretch, and head into social time at HEY! Beanstro. Stick around if you can. That part is half the reason we do this.
Circuit Format
We will have 8 bodyweight stations with running built into the circuit.
Each station targets a different muscle group, so the session trains the whole body. The running challenges your stamina under high stress, while the bodyweight stations build strength and control.

About Coach Ray
Ray leads TOM's running and beginner training sessions.
He has over 10 years of professional experience across hybrid sports, running, triathlons, swimming, cycling, and weightlifting. His background combines endurance training and strength work, which is exactly the mix behind this rooftop circuit.
The session is built to be challenging, clear, and scalable across different levels.
About TOM
We are a collective in Bangkok for people who like to move, hang out, and get a bit better each week.
We run together, not against each other. The conversations that matter usually happen after the run, over drinks, over brunch, on the walk home.
Show up. Move. Talk. Come back next week.
All levels welcome.
