AURA online 🧡 a space to connect to yourself
AURA Evening
What is on your heart lately?
A thought you keep coming back to.
A feeling you have been carrying.
A part of yourself that you haven’t really had the space to listen to.
This evening is an invitation to slow down and explore what is present within you.
So often in life, we immediately look for the next answer, the next book, the next podcast, the next thing to fix. But sometimes what we truly need is not more input but a moment to pause and listen.
When we give ourselves the space to feel, something inside of us can soften.
Maybe what you are experiencing today is connected to the present moment. Maybe it is connected to old patterns, beliefs, or ways of protecting yourself that you learned along the way.
The fear of being rejected.
The feeling of not being worthy of receiving.
The difficulty of expressing your truth because you are afraid of disappointing others.
Whatever is present for you at the moment.
Our bodies often hold what we have not fully processed.
A tight chest.
A blocked throat.
A heavy feeling in the belly.
A sense of being disconnected from ourselves.
This evening is an invitation to explore what is going on inside of us and come back into your body.
To come back into your own AURA.
Together, we will create a safe space.
We will:
→ slow down and ground ourselves
→ breathe
→ move our bodies
→ dance and shake
→ stretch
→ visualize
→ integrate
There is no right way to do this.
No method you have to follow.
No version of yourself you have to become.
Not the Tony Robbins way.
Not the monk way.
Not anyone else’s path.
Just your own.
Your body already carries so much wisdom.
This is an evening to listen.
After the session, the space stays open.
Take your time to return.
Enjoy some tea, journal, or simply sit and be.
No rushing.
No need to immediately step back into the outside world.
Before you arrive
Please bring:
comfortable clothes you can move and relax in
a yoga mat (if you have one)
water
anything that makes you feel comfortable (a blanket, tissues, etc.)
To fully immerse yourself in the experience, I invite you to put your phone away and give yourself this time without distractions.
Come exactly as you are.
With curiosity.
With openness.
With yourself.
I am looking forward to sharing this space with you.
