Ms. Kiyoko Hashiba - Tokyo Metropolitan Government

Ms Kiyoko Hashiba serves as the Director for Global Promotion, Startup Strategy Promotion Headquarters, Tokyo Metropolitan Government.
She joined the Startup Strategy Promotion Headquarters (formerly the Office for Startup and Global Financial City Strategy) at the Tokyo Metropolitan Government (TMG) in 2024. This division is responsible for planning and implementing strategies to develop Tokyo as an international hub for innovation and startups. As head of the Asia team, she builds relationships with stakeholders in the Asian startup ecosystem and promotes TMG’s startup initiatives, such as SusHi Tech Tokyo and Tokyo Innovation Base, to encourage Asian startups to expand their businesses in Tokyo. Prior to joining TMG, Ms Hashiba was Head of Investment Promotion (Invest Hong Kong) at the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office in Tokyo.

Ms. Minori Yokoi - Suzuki Innovation Centre

Mr. Chanukya Patnaik - AI Planet
Mr. Chanukya Patnaik is an entrepreneur, problem solver, and data scientist. He is the Founder & CEO of AI Planet, which was started with the vision to make AI accessible to everyone and thrives on a 300k+ global community. At AI Planet, he leads the effort to democratize AI and cutting-edge AI research, emphasizing the need to harness the transformative power of AI to address real-life problems while prioritizing privacy, safety, and security. With a background in leadership roles across various startups, and advisory positions with Swiss scaleups like AI Business School and Global AI Hub, he is also part of Belgium's 40 under 40 for his societal work. An advocate for the responsible building and safe usage of AI, he has delivered talks at various conferences and institutions, including TEDx Luxembourg, Stanford University, KU Leuven, IIT Bombay, World Data League etc. His passion lies in technology, AI, problem-solving, education, and fostering communities to address pressing global challenges that pave the way for a brighter future.

Dr. R Sai Chandra Teja - Green PMU Semi
Dr. R. Sai Chandra Teja, PhD, holds a B.Tech from JNTUA Pulivendula, an M.Tech in Microelectronics & VLSI from IIT Hyderabad, and a Ph.D. from Osaka University, Japan; he began at ams Semiconductors India as a Design Engineer, then joined KIOXIA Corporation (formerly Toshiba Memory) in Japan, working on PHY IP verification before advancing to SSD reliability and machine learning algorithms for storage; since 2020, he has been building Society 5.0 technologies as founder of CKM VIGIL Pvt Ltd and co-founder/COO of Green PMU Semi Pvt Ltd, a DLI startup recognized by MeitY; he is an IEEE Senior Member, with 1 patent and 34 publications.
