A Space For Your GRIEF
About the event
We come together to make space for our grief by sharing our experience, our situations, our feelings. And by holding space for each other.
You can just simply be yourself, you don't need to push anything away or be better.
This space is for you and your grief - in whatever way it wants to show up.
You and your grief are welcome.
What to expect
You will be guided through a session where you're welcome to share your own experience. Your contribution is your choice and no one will be forced to speak.
This is a safe space where we can talk and share our own stories without feeling we're too much or too little. Every part of yourself is welcome here. If you're grieving, this is the event for you.
About the facilitator
My name is Marleen and I started creating safe spaces with Breaking the Silence 2 years ago. There are so many topics we usually don't talk about. But my personal motivation was my own struggle with loss and grief and realizing how wholesome talking and holding space for each other is. Something I wish everyone can experience.
Some general info
With Breaking the Silence we want to normalize stigmatized topics by creating a space where we can judgementally free explore them.
Everything we talk here, stays here.
There won't be taken any recording.
I want to highlight that I am facilitating the space, I am not a therapist and Breaking the Silence is not a substitution to therapy. Please take care of yourself, especially when we talk about a topic that might trigger you.
