Office Hours with SOCOM
Join the U.S. Special Operations Command's Boston Office Representative to learn about SOF-relevant technology needs and how founders can engage with SOCOM.
USSOCOM (US Special Operations Command) oversees the special operations forces across all military branches and works to identify and field technology that meets SOF-specific mission requirements. The Boston office serves as SOCOM's regional presence for connecting with New England's innovation ecosystem, scouting dual-use technology, and guiding companies through SOCOM's engagement pathways, including Vulcan, SOFWERX Tech Tuesday, and SBIR/STTR funding.
Format
The session opens with a 30-minute group discussion on SOCOM and SOFWERX, giving founders a shared overview of technology needs and engagement pathways. From there, resident teams can sign up for individual 20-30 minute 1:1 meetings to dig into their specific use case.
Agenda
3:00 - 3:30 PM: Group discussion — SOCOM and SOFWERX overview
