Logos Circle Kaduna: Women And Elderly Empowerment Initiative
Following our previous Widows & Elderly Medical Outreach, Logos Circle Kaduna is continuing its commitment to supporting vulnerable members of our community through the Women & Elderly Empowerment Initiative.
This gathering will focus on moving beyond immediate healthcare support toward economic empowerment, knowledge sharing, and continued health support.
What to Expect
💼 Micro-Business Empowerment Selected women will receive small business grants to support their existing micro-businesses and strengthen their livelihoods.
📈 Business & Financial Empowerment Talks Participants will engage in practical conversations around:
Building and managing a small business
Financial literacy and savings
Growing sustainable income
Financial inclusion
Opportunities in the digital economy
💉 Second Dose of Hepatitis B Vaccine Beneficiaries who received their first dose of the Hepatitis B vaccine during our previous outreach will return for their second dose, in line with the appropriate vaccination schedule.
🤝 Community & Networking The meetup will also provide an opportunity for beneficiaries, volunteers, community members, and partners to reconnect, share experiences, and explore ways to continue supporting women and elderly people in the community.
Why This Matters
Our previous outreach showed us what is possible when a community comes together. We reached more than 100 people, exceeding our original target, and provided healthcare, screening, medication, eye care, health education, and Hepatitis B vaccination.
Now, we want to take the next step.
Healthy communities need more than healthcare. They need opportunity, knowledge, dignity, and the ability to build sustainable livelihoods.
Through this initiative, Logos Circle Kaduna is continuing its Winnable Issue journey by combining health, economic empowerment, education, and community action.
From healthcare to livelihood. From support to empowerment. From one outreach to lasting community impact.
Logos Circle Kaduna — building stronger communities, one winnable issue at a time.
