Breakfast Mapping: Eating For Your Hormones
Many of us are taught to eat the same way every day, but a women's bodies don’t work that way.
This gathering is a collaboration with Pattern Health, designed for women in their 20s and 30s who are curious about understanding their bodies and exploring health in a more intuitive, supportive way.
Hormones influence our energy, cravings, mood, skin, focus, and metabolism across the month. Understanding these rhythms can help us make small, supportive choices that feel nourishing rather than restrictive.
Your ticket includes
• A guided breakfast conversation session with Pattern Health
• A turmeric ginger shot per guest
• A nourishing breakfast spread (coffee/tea/chai not included, but can be purchased from our venue cafe, ATH.ISA)
• Your personal Cycle Food Map takeaway
Over breakfast, we’ll explore:
• How hormones shift across the menstrual cycle and through our 20s and 30s
• Why the same breakfast may feel energising one week and draining the next
• How cravings, energy dips, mood changes, or skin flare-ups connect to hormonal rhythms
• How to adjust your breakfast to support what your body needs that week
You’ll leave with:
• A simple framework for eating in rhythm with your cycle
• Practical breakfast ideas for each phase of the month
• A personalised Cycle Food Map to guide your mornings
Expect a warm, small-group setting where you can ask questions, learn something new about your body, and connect with other women navigating similar experiences.
