But, When? Timing Your Career Change
Event Cost: Free!
Event Description:
Join Transition and Leadership Coach, Rachel Kourakos, as she unveils the ins and outs of the frameworks and questions you should ask yourself when considering a change in your career. In this eye-opening talk, Rachel will guide you through a journey of self-discovery and empowerment, helping you learn about yourself and what is important to consider to make informed decisions about your career.
When it comes to your career, timing is everything. There are moments when you will want to stick it out to make the most of your current position and there are times when you will have to make the call to change your circumstances. This is not a talk dedicated to helping you figure out what you want (although that will be a great by-product) but rather to know when to make a change by challenging you to ask yourself the questions that will help you create clarity.
You will walk away with:
Greater self-awareness and confidence in what you want
Inspiring stories and examples of career transitions (personal to Rachel & her clients)
Tangible tools and frameworks (that you can work with immediately) to help you reflect
New ways of understanding your past experiences
Key questions that you can ask yourself to assess your role now and in the future
Productive mindsets that will support your career development and growth
Clarity on whether you want to double down where they are or if you want to consider making a change
