Mentor Drop-in Session w/ Ninad
Hi everyone, my name is Ninad Chitale.
I’m a Sales Leader here in Toronto, and I’m also a mentor with the Re-Defined community.
I moved to Canada as an immigrant myself, so I understand how challenging it can be to navigate a new country, a new job market, and a new professional culture.
This Saturday, I’ll be leading a session called “Sales Is a Skill, Not a Personality.”

And why newcomers actually have strengths that make them great salespeople
