Guided Journaling: 2026 Reflection
Before the year comes to an end, let’s pause.
Across cultures and throughout history, the turning of the year has been a threshold — a moment to gather, look back, tune inward, honour what has passed, and prepare for the season ahead.
In this guided journaling session with Ana Juma, we’ll create space to reflect on your 2026: find meaning in the events that shaped you, appreciate the person you've come, and bring clarity to your needs and desires as you step into a new year.
Grab a warm cup of tea and come as you are. This is a moment to slow down and enrich your inner landscape. ✍🏽✨
After the session, you'll receive the presentation (PDF) and the video recording (available for 30 days).
So, if you can't attend the session in real time, or want more time to go deeper into the exercises, don't worry. I've got you covered. :)
