Little Amanah: Fall Term
Little Amanah Club is a space for Muslim girls ages 8 to 12 to grow in faith, confidence, character, and community.
Through meaningful conversations, creative activities, movement, reflection, and sisterhood, girls explore what it means to live Islam with intention: nurturing the heart, mind, body, and soul.
A place to ask questions, build friendships, discover their strengths, and grow into young women who carry their amanah with purpose.
🕌 Faith & Identity: building a strong relationship with Allah and understanding what it means to be a Muslim girl today
🌱 Character & Adab: Learning about prophetic qualities & emotional awareness.
🧠 Mental Wellness: understanding emotions and managing relationships.
💪 Body & Wellness: movement, strength, nutrition, body respect, sleep, and caring for the amanah of our bodies
🎨 Creativity & Expression: Islamic art, journaling, nature, crafts, storytelling, and creative projects
🤝 Sisterhood & Community : meaningful friendships, communication, service, leadership, and learning how to contribute to our communities
🌙 Tadabbur & Reflection: slowing down to reflect on Qur’an, creation, experiences, and the signs of Allah around us
Little Amanah is about raising girls who know their worth, understand their responsibility to Allah, care for themselves and others, and carry their Deen with confidence and joy.
Classes will be led by Sania Siddiqui. She is a psychotherapist with her practice Thoughtful Therapy focusing on Islamic Psychology. She has taught for Fitra Nature Education and will be teaching at Ilmwood Academy for homeschoolers. She started Amanah Wellness for women to focus on their health and wellness. She’s a mother to four kids ages 10, 7, 4 year old and 3 months. She’s also homeschooling her eldest 10 year old daughter. Inshallah cannot wait to meet all the girls!

Tuesday 10/20: Emotions & Quran Journaling

Tuesday 11/3: Purpose and Talents: Nature Class (Outdoors)

Tuesday 12/8: Nutrition & Fitness

Tuesday 12/22: Conclusion: Tea Party with Moms.
**Registration is for entire fall semester. Each class registration will open up prior week if space is available.
**Note 10/20 and 11/3 will be an outdoors location at a park nearby. Exact location will be given class before!
