Instructor Julia LaChica: I’m a queer Japanese-Filipinx artist from San Francisco, based in Oakland, CA. My work is rooted in memory—personal, collective, and ancestral. I work across printmaking, painting, collage, and assemblage, often using found materials that already carry stories.
