The Pressure Circle
Across the programs we run, we keep seeing the same pressures show up on teams, just described differently depending on the room. We've been building a working model, our Working Conditions framework, to name what we're actually seeing: instability, uncertainty, and the quiet toll it takes on the people trying to hold it together.
In this 60-minute conversation, we'll share what that model is surfacing across our client work, and we want your reaction to it. Does it match what you're seeing on the ground? Where does it miss? This is as much about testing our thinking against your reality as it is about sharing ours.
