About Event

Tired of surface-level conversations at crowded bars? Slow Burn is for you.

Slow Burn is a gathering space for real talk, genuine connection, and slowing down enough to enjoy each other's company.

This time, we'll come together over a delicious, yet casual meal to explore DELIGHT—the little things that bring us joy and what happens when we share them with one another.

Come solo or bring a friend. We'll take care of the vibes, offer a little structure to get the conversation flowing, and leave plenty of room for things to unfold naturally.

What to expect:

  1. Welcome + Mocktails: Settle in, grab a drink, and meet some new faces.

  2. A Moment to Slow Down: A brief guided mindfulness practice and a little time for personal reflection.

  3. Dinner + Conversation: Enjoy a delicious vegetarian meal, with thoughtful prompts to spark conversation around the table.

  4. Stay a While: Keep chatting, and enjoy the company.

What's included:

  • Appetizers to start

  • A welcome mocktail

  • A delicious, buffet-style vegetarian dinner (exact menu TBA)

  • Thoughtful conversation starters and a place to slow down

No pressure to share more than you'd like. Just good food, real talk, and space for cozy connection.
