Sam builds data intelligence on illicit networks at Evidencity, his fourth company, after twenty years mapping the criminal underworld in Latin America. Eugene spent ten years in Hong Kong and runs an office out of Singapore.
October was their first outing together. December is where we find out which of them sets the pace.
