About Event

An experiential session from AMART3 to shift your inner narrative and move into aligned creation

There is a moment where the work changes.

You’ve learned how to regulate.
You’ve allowed yourself to release.

Now… you begin to choose.

Rise is about stepping into authorship.

Not by forcing a new version of yourself, but by becoming aware of the story you are living from and gently rewriting it from within.

Because the way you speak to yourself shapes the way you move through life. And the way you feel, think and breathe… creates what you are available for.

In this final session of the arc, we bring everything together.

We begin by grounding the body and settling the nervous system.
We revisit the edges, the places where discomfort once lived, with more space, and more awareness.

And from there, we open into something new.

A different internal dialogue.
A different sensation in the body.
A different relationship to what is possible.

This is where intention becomes embodied.

Through guided breathwork, awareness practices and subtle inner exploration, you will be invited to:

  • reconnect with your inner intelligence and capacity to shift state

  • observe and reshape your internal narrative

  • feel into a new reality before it fully forms

  • align your energy with what you desire to call into your life

This is not about escaping your reality. You will start learning how to move differently with who you already are.

It is about expanding it. From the inside out.

And from that place… things begin to respond.

How to Prepare

Find a quiet space where you can fully arrive.
You can sit comfortably or lie down.

We recommend:

  • Headphones for a deeper experience

  • A blanket to stay warm

  • An eye mask if you want to go inward

Important

Breathwork can be a powerful physiological practice. For safety reasons, this session is not recommended if you currently experience:

• pregnancy
• epilepsy or a history of seizures
• severe cardiovascular conditions
• recent surgery
• severe respiratory conditions
• serious mental health conditions such as psychosis or schizophrenia
